Service Description
Most of us experience self-doubt, are sometimes hard on ourselves, or feel emotionally overwhelmed. The "Mindful Self-Compassion" (MSC) training helps you approach these moments with greater understanding and care—just as you would with a good friend. The program was designed by psychologists Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, and its effectiveness has been extensively scientifically researched. It teaches you how to develop a solid foundation of resilience through mindfulness and self-compassion. Whether you're dealing with stress or burnout, or simply want to treat yourself more kindly, this is a place where you can grow. What can you expect? During the training, you will learn the theoretical background of MSC and there will be ample opportunity to practice through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and (group) discussions. You will learn how self-compassion supports emotional resilience. You will learn to be kinder to yourself when you are struggling, stressed, or highly critical of yourself. You will learn to soften your inner voice and develop a greater sense of security within yourself. You will learn to deal more consciously with difficult emotions and find the space to approach them with mindfulness and kindness.
